If your item has been damaged, please contact us by filling out this form.

Alternatively, you can email us at thecrochetcollector@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item. 

 (Don't worry! Shipping times don't count)

Exchange or Refund (If applicable)

You can choose between an exchange or refund if we accept your submission, however the price of the pattern will be deducted from the total cost.
